Zeira on PaperDemon drew my author avatar for Secret Santa … this is me as a cartoon character named Alexandria “Sha” Pris Yuri Amaranth in MQ the webcomic, my avatar has abilities based around Earth, nature, the Springtime, and such, for being the Seasonal Spring Warrior. Sha can also heal using her own energy or the energy from nature around her to heal others and herself, a gift from being descended from Irish faeries. Her alias is Shadowmare, as she has the ability to Dream Walk.

I also want to draw myself in YYH fanart with Karasu with my hair more like this as well♡ Karasu is also in our webcomics as Dr. Crow, real name Sakurai Tsubasa, whom I / my character calls “Eric” after The Crow, which is our special movie for being eerily similar to our situation going on in my head at the time we first watched it – yikes! But also magical, and made me happy to ‘see’ my Crow avenge me and him like that♡
I really like how pretty rereya made me here – I wish my lips looked that alluring and kissable, LOL! And Karasu looks youthful and sexy, much more like his manga self, which is actually my preference for him, both in looks and story. :3 ♡♡♡

I drew my Honeycrow for my mutual, Cryptid, as part of the YYH-Revival Secret Santa event this year! 💚 I used a mixture of Karasu from new official game artwork and Atsushi “Acchan” Sakurai from BUCK-TICK for reference here – me and my twin, Micky, believe Karasu was inspired by early ’90s Acchan, as B-T were manga models in their downtime! Plus masks, kink, and crows are Acchan’s ‘thing’, too.
So, on PaperDemon most years, we have the Secret Santa art exchange… Susie aka BogusRed got me in 2018, and my request was me x Karasu from Yu Yu Hakusho, who I was really in love with at the time. She decided to go with me removing Karasu’s mask for the first time to see his face, and him being unsure of whether he can trust me or not.
Susie wrote: “For the 2018 Secret Santa art trade I got Yuri! She requested a pic of her with Karasu.
I don’t know much about Yu Yu Hakusho, but I found his mask kind of interesting and thought that could be a tender moment between them, perhaps Yuri tenderly removing his mask and her gazing upon his face for the first time. And I imagine him being reluctant to be so exposed before her and not sure whether to trust her or not.
I hope you like this Yuri!”
This is SO belated – and I apologise for that!! I had mental health struggles come up in December, med adjustments and everything else, but I had a lot of fun working on this during my art study session today with my dear friend, Miriam. This is for ArkillianDragon; she requested her OC Silvyr Rose doing something “Christmassy”, so here he is underneath the mistletoe! 😘
This is my gift-art for PaperDemon’s Secret Santa art trade, my person’s request was, “something that represents your work, original character, still life, landscape, whatever you do best”, so I decided to re-do the classic “Spring Guardian in the spring” illustration I’ve done twice before {I posted the other versions in my gallery yesterday, for those who’d like to see; they’re on the melancholy side, whereas this one is bright and cheerful} – her name is Sha Amaranth, she’s my magical avatar for an upcoming Dark Fantasy/Adventure graphic novel webcomic series that my brothers and friends have been writing since 1998, where we’re also characters in the story as well. Her magic is earth and nature based. She’s also a healer; a sensitive, creative soul; and tends to always fall for the bad guys in the story.
