ACNH: Fireworks show!

First fireworks show 🎆 – every Sunday night of August! 🎇

We also have K.K. Slider every Saturday night, too. 🎸🎶

I won numbers 13 and 17* at Redd’s Raffle, got ice cream and cotton candy, a sparkler from a neighbour (Sprinkle the blue penguin), and Isabelle the dog gave me sparkly flowers to wear on my head … I prefer my pink bow, tehe. 

* 13 like the number I wore on my tee shirt in The Sims 1 when I married Android 17/Steven in 2004. ^-^ ♡

WIP Crow Sha Steven Rain

So, we have Dr. Crow looming over Sha who sees him, and Steven who can’t see him. Sha thinks he’s part of her hallucinations related to her anxiety disorder (chronic PTSD). There’s more to the Crow than that, however – but that would be spoilers for our webcomic (upcoming). Dr. Crow is a homage to my imaginary SO, Karasu from Yu Yu Hakusho. Sha is my self-insert original character, and the first of several I have thanks to being a roleplayer. Steven is my/her first boyfriend, intiially based on Android 17 from DragonBall Z. This is a WIP, which I’m posting cos I said I would post it for Steven’s birthday today (June 4th) … as you can see, I didn’t finish it yet. I’m really struggling with all aspects of my health and fatigue, thus the delays. I have a backlog of other WIPs, too.

2/22/2022: 18th Wedding Anniversary with 17

On February 22nd, 2004, I married Android 17 from DragonBall in The Sims 1. ♡ (Or, well, basically my self-insert original character did, named Sha (my nickname), aka Android 29, or Nijuukyuu, since me and my girlies all called 17 by his Japanese name, Juunanagou, back then, so I/she had to match him, lol.)

We got married in his backyard, wearing these outfits. I chose white carnations, being my personal favourite flowers, for my/her wedding bouquet. ♡

17 and 29 are the prototype for Steven Gayle and Sha Amaranth in our original (upcoming) Gothic/Dark Fantasy webcomic; you can check out art and stories related to it over at TealightStories – oh, and fun fact: 17/Steven is literally the only man I’ve ever married in any Sims game! And I’ve been playing The Sims games for years. ^///^ ♡♡♡♡♡

This is my old DBZ avatar, Nijuukyuu aka Android 29, from when I’d roleplay DragonBall Z with my brothers and Steven years ago – my brothers had their own OCs, and Steven was Juunanagou, aka Android 17.

Anyways, I was inspired to draw Nijuukyuu {and look for my old DBZ fan art which I’ve been uploading} after having a conversation with OctoberNocturne who said that this year will be my year – the Year of 29.

I was puzzled at first, saying it could be like the past couple years were the Year of 17 and Year of 18, but that we’d have to wait ten years for the actual Year of 29, but then OctoberNocturne pointed out that I’m going to BE 29 this year!!

Mind = blown!!

I was excited and happy after hearing that, and realised it is true, so I was inspired to draw my old DBZ avatar wearing my old favourite Sims 1 outfit, tehe. :3 And I truly believe this year will be my year after having had such a tough go at it the past couple of years! Lots of personal growth, and such, so this has to be a better year!

{What’s also awesome is that Steven turned 29 the Year of 17, so that was a sweet synchronicity for my once-upon-a-time boyfriend and I. :3}

So once upon a time I used to roleplay DragonBall Z with my brothers and Steven – I was Nijuukyuu, aka Android 29, and Steven was Juunanagou, aka Android 17. I guess our romantic relationship started at a very, very young age – I was only 14, and Steven was 16! {Thought I was going to say 17, didn’t you? Tehe!}
